Terms for using SJM1 Arena.

These terms apply when you browse the website, create an account, sign in using email or supported social login, make a booking, pay online, request add-ons, attend the arena, or contact the team for support.

Accounts and authentication

  • Customers may need an account to complete bookings, view booking history, manage profile details, or access future customer features.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
  • Where Google, Facebook, or other social login is supported, you authorize SJM1 Arena to use the basic account details shared by that provider to create or access your account.
  • We may suspend or restrict access where we suspect misuse, fraud, abuse, security risk, payment disputes, or violation of these terms.

Bookings and slot availability

  • Bookings are subject to slot availability, payment completion, arena operating hours, maintenance, weather, operational requirements, and admin approval where needed.
  • A slot is reserved only after the booking flow is completed and payment is confirmed, unless the team creates a manual booking.
  • Customers must check selected date, time, package, add-ons, and price before confirming payment.
  • SJM1 Arena may correct obvious pricing or availability errors, contact the customer, cancel affected bookings, or offer an alternative slot where required.

Prices, payments, and add-ons

  • All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may vary by weekday, Friday, weekend, peak time, package, event request, or add-on selection.
  • Online payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved gateway using supported methods such as FPX, debit card, credit card, or other available options.
  • Full payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by SJM1 Arena.
  • Add-ons such as referee, water, ice, match ball, bibs, photographer, coaching, equipment support, or event rentals are subject to availability and may require confirmation from the team.

Cancellations, changes, and no-shows

  • Cancellation and change requests should be made as early as possible through the available booking tools or by contacting the team.
  • The platform may support a limited booking modification flow. Where only one modification is allowed, further changes require team approval.
  • Late arrival does not automatically extend the slot end time. Customers must vacate the pitch on time so the next booking can start.
  • No-shows, unused time, or customer-side delays may not be eligible for refund unless approved under the refund policy.
  • SJM1 Arena may cancel or move bookings due to maintenance, unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, payment issues, double-booking errors, force majeure, or operational needs.

Arena use and customer conduct

  • Customers must use the turf and facilities responsibly, follow staff instructions, respect other users, and avoid conduct that is unsafe, abusive, illegal, or damaging.
  • Customers are responsible for their team members, guests, equipment, personal belongings, and any damage caused by misuse.
  • Smoking, alcohol, prohibited substances, weapons, aggressive behavior, unauthorized vendors, or activities outside the booked purpose may be refused or stopped by the team.
  • SJM1 Arena may refuse entry, stop a session, remove participants, or cancel bookings where safety, facility rules, or local law requires it.

Events, media, and collaboration requests

  • Corporate events, tournaments, brand activations, training programs, long bookings, and special setup requests may require separate confirmation, pricing, deposits, documentation, or operational approval.
  • Photography, video shoots, commercial content, sponsorship activity, or public event promotion may require advance permission from SJM1 Arena.
  • Customers must ensure any event activity respects participant safety, local rules, public order, and the arena schedule.

Website use and service availability

  • The website may include public pages, account areas, booking tools, payment redirects, email notifications, and support forms.
  • We aim to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, payment provider downtime, hosting problems, security updates, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Users must not attempt to abuse the website, bypass security, scrape data, interfere with bookings, upload harmful content, or impersonate another person.

Legal jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the applicable local laws of the arena jurisdiction in Malaysia.
  • Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with SJM1 Arena will be handled under the relevant local legal process and competent courts or authorities for the arena jurisdiction.
